What is your refund policy?
You can cancel your plan at any time via your account and you will retain access until the end of the current subscription period (either the current month or year). After this, your account details will remain on the system so that if you want to subscribe again in the future you will be able to pick up where you left off.
How do I cancel my subscription or trial?
To cancel a paid plan or trial, the account owner can log in to Finance Unlocked, click the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select My Membership and follow the steps after clicking Manage my Subscription. Your account details will remain on the system so that if you want to subscribe again in the future you will be able to pick up where you left off.
How often is content updated?
Finance Unlocked content is updated very regularly. Once signed up for a trial or subscription you will receive monthly email notifications of new content releases. You will also be able to see new content directly from your account Dashboard in the Latest Video Modules section.
I have bespoke content needs, can I add my own content to the platform?
Not currently, however, we do offer bespoke content creation for Enterprise customers, please contact sales to book a meeting to find out more.
