Investor Relations

Investor relations (IR) covers a range of disciplines geared to having companies, through regular dialogue and transparent and timely disclosure, develop a communications strategy for and build positive relations with shareholders, bondholders, other investors (i.e. potential future shareholders and bondholders), regulators, domestic and international government departments, banks, and all appropriate stakeholders within their operating ecosystem. The end-game is to encourage investment in their equity and debt.
