Nature is by far the most powerful tool that we have to combat the climate crisis. Nature pulls carbon from the atmosphere, increases climate resilience and can reduce emissions. In this video, James Clifton gives an example of how nature-based solutions can be used in action and examines the future of nature-based solutions. He explains how protected ecosystems and areas can be established and other effective area-based conservation measures, rewilding landscapes, providing payments for ecosystem services, managing natural resources, practicing regenerative agriculture, creating sustainable supply chains, planting green roofs and more.
